PRESIDENTAcclaimed as “a major force in Catalan musical talent” (Revista Musical Catalana) and “one of the most important composers of his generation” (John Corigliano), Marc Migó’s fascination with music began by chance when his grandfather gave him a collection of Deutsche Grammophon CDs for his 15th birthday.
Marc’s music, often described as deeply lyrical yet wild and fantastical, blends his Iberian roots with the energy of American music. It is regularly performed on the world’s most prestigious stages by leading ensembles and soloists. His works, recognized in international competitions, span all genres — from piano preludes to operatic productions with La Fura dels Baus.
He earned his doctorate from The Juilliard School and currently splits his time between Barcelona and New York.
